1. Appointment Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund or option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled session: 50% refund or option to reschedule.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No refund will be issued.

2. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided. However, in case of an emergency, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible to discuss possible rescheduling options.

3. Package and Subscription Refunds

For clients who have purchased therapy packages or subscription-based services:

  • Unused sessions within a package: Refunds may be issued for unused sessions, minus a 15% administrative fee.
  • Partially used subscription services: No refunds will be granted for partially used subscriptions, but clients may cancel future billing cycles.

4. Unsatisfactory Service Resolution

Our goal is to provide the highest quality psychological services. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us within 24 hours at [email protected]. We will assess your concerns and, in some cases, offer a free follow-up session or partial refund.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days. The exact processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
